  • "Do you have portable cribs available?"

    We understand the importance of ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for your little ones. Therefore, we offer a portable crib and a pack 'n-play upon request for an additional fee of $20. We kindly ask you to bring your own mattress cover to avoid any potential sensitivities or allergies. However, if you prefer, we have extra mattress covers available for your convenience. Please rest assured that our crib is thoroughly cleaned for your peace of mind.


  • "Do you have regular cable or live TV?"

    Every suite features a large 4K HD flat-screen TV with built-in streaming capabilities. Guests can log into their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) or enjoy live TV and cable programming through our YouTube TV account, ensuring entertainment for every preference.


  • "When is check-in/check-out?"

    Check-in is at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Check-out is at 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time. 


    Once you have booked your room with us, you will receive a link to our guest app that allows for purchase of early check-in and/or late check-out when available.

  • "Is there a pet fee?"

    We allow for dogs only with a standard pet fee of $50 per pet. 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we're here to accommodate you. You have the flexibility to cancel up to five days before your check-in date. A 5% cancellation charge applies to cover the processing fee. This 5% cancellation fee is only applicable if you choose to cancel your reservation. It is not an extra fee when you make the booking or if you fulfill the reservation. The fee is charged only when you cancel at any time to cover the credit card processing costs associated with refunds.


    Please note that cancellations made within five days of your check-in date are non-refundable.

  • How do we book for the free City Shuttle to downtown Mount Dora?

    You can download the Ride Freebee App on your cellphone to request for pick up and drop off within their service area. The Estate at Mount Dora IS within the service area. The Downtown Mount Dora's Free shuttle service is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 am to 10 pm.
